TxMQ’s Disruptive Technologies Group
Disruptive technologies introduce very different attributes from the ones mainstream customers historically view, and they often perform far differently along one or two dimensions that are particularly important to those customers. As a rule, existing users are unwilling to use a disruptive product in applications they already know and understand. At first, then, disruptive technologies tend to be used and valued in new markets or new applications; in fact, they generally make possible the emergence of new markets, technology and ways of doing business.
Give us a chance to see if we can use a “Disruptive Technology” to innovate your business.
Blockchain and Distributed Ledger
Blockchain and Distributed Ledger technologies hold great potential for building secure, trustless systems. These systems enable parties of all sizes to exchange information and engage in transactions. Privacy, transparency, and fault-tolerance are key advantages to distributed ledger systems.
TxMQ has experience prototyping and developing blockchain and distributed ledger based systems for both startups and enterprises. We’re a platform-agnostic shop interested in any programmable ledger. We’ve delivered applications on Hyperledger Fabric, Hashgraph, and Ethereum, and our team includes IBM Blockchain Champions.
We have a special affinity for Hedera’s hashgraph ecosystem. Our team developed and integrated one of the first production hashgraph applications. Our Aviator framework for distributed ledger development is the fastest and easiest way for enterprise Java developers to deliver applications on Hedera Consensus Services.
Combined with our application development and integration capabilities, TxMQ can be your single source for all aspects of your distributed ledger development objectives. We can stand up the infrastructure, code smart contracts, develop the user interface, and integrate it with your existing technology landscape.

The Internet of Things
Billions of devices around the world are connected to the internet and collecting important data thanks to the Internet of Things (IoT). At home we connect refrigerators, thermostats and light bulbs, which certainly has its uses, but it’s our businesses that stand to benefit most from this technology.
IoT in business represents a growing network of internet-enabled objects ranging from temperature controlled containers to location tracking, all aimed at increasing control, improving automation and data collection. Utilizing connected devices and sensors can add new opportunities for analysis to streamline operations, increase safety, and improve overall efficiency. IoT is making our devices smarter and more responsive, improving our business operations, and merging the physical and digital worlds.
The Internet of Things is often coupled with AI, for deeper analysis of data to streamline operations and improve efficiency throughout the organization, its partners, and customers. IoT has become very popular throughout the manufacturing, shipping, and logistics industries where tracking and data-flow are needed to improve operations and run more efficiently. Some have even taken it one step further to add Blockchain technology as an underlying technology to improve trust and automate transactions through smart contracts.

Node-RED
What is Node-RED?
Node-RED is a browser based editor that eases development so you can spend more time connecting hardware and applications, and less time worrying about the code.
Node-RED is a flow-based development tool for visual programming (or low-code programming) developed originally by IBM for connecting hardware devices, APIs and online services as part of the Internet of Things (IoT). Node-RED provides a web browser-based flow editor, which can be used to create JavaScript functions. It’s written in JavaScript, on the Node.js platform and has cross-platform implementation.
If you’re new to Node-RED or just looking for some help, we’ve created a quick reference sheet similar to our ACE Nodes Reference sheets, that can help shorten the learning curve and get started sooner. Download it for free today!
